Ingredients

  • -2 large apples, cored and diced
  • -2 celery ribs, sliced
  • -1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • -1/4 cup raisins
  • -1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • -1 tbsp honey
  • -1 tbsp lemon juice
  • -Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the diced apples, sliced celery, chopped walnuts, and raisins.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
